Access to digital products

As soon as your order has been confirmed and payment validated, you will be provided with personal, secure access to the training course, unless otherwise indicated. This access is :

Right of withdrawal and waiver for digital content

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Warranties, liability and intellectual property

Legal warranties : Key User Training complies with conformity and service warranties in accordance with the French Consumer Code and applicable European directives.

Limitation of liability :

• In the event of interruption or temporary malfunction affecting access to our training courses (due to technical factors, maintenance or events beyond our control), our liability is limited to the amount of your order.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts will be those of Key User Training's registered office in Luxembourg.

Specific conditions

All customized coaching hours included in the "SAP Beyond Horizon Training" product packages must be used within one year of the training start date.
