General repayment conditions
Reimbursement policy applies to training Beyond the horizonoffered by Key User Training. To be eligible for a refund, customers must fill in the following form all the following conditions:
- Have completed the entire training courseincluding validation of all exercises and participation in all coaching sessions included in their formula.
- Respect the guidelines and the specific requirements of each training course, such as deadlines for exercise submission and participation in live sessions.
- Must not be older than 7 months after the date of purchase of the course.
- Request a refund within 15 days of completing the course training (including coaching).
💡 Please note:
- Any request for reimbursement that does not comply with the above conditions may be refused.
- Partial or total use of the coaching hours included in the training will be taken into account when assessing the reimbursement request.
- Key User Training reserves the right to refuse a refund if the criteria are not fully met.

With regard to the right of withdrawal

Please note that all refund requests must be made within 15 days of the end of the tour.
