View on LinkedInFour profiles, four formats. One promise: learn SAP in the right order, with real people, not a catalog.
Technical blog, diagnostics and free tools. Everything is open access.
We teach what we do. On assignment in the morning, in training in the afternoon. That's what keeps every course current.
Online SAP platform by subscription, co-branded by Key User Training and Espresso Tutorials. Structured learning paths, Espressi AI assistant, video consultations and a community to support you over the long run.
You learn SAP from YouTube videos, a couple of blogs and PDFs you found at random. The trouble: you never know if what you're reading is correct, still current (S/4HANA or old ECC?), or what order to learn it in. And when you hit a wall on a specific point, there's no one to ask.
That's exactly what this platform puts back in order: learning paths that tell you what to learn and in what sequence, 780+ premium resources kept up to date, an AI assistant that answers your SAP questions with its sources, and a community for when you get stuck. All for the price of a lunch a month, not the thousands an official course costs.
From functional to technical, from administration to consulting soft skills. If you work in the SAP ecosystem, your topic is probably in here.
E-books to go deep, videos to move fast, simulations to practice, learning plans to tie it all together. The entire SAP learning ecosystem in a single subscription.
SAP e-books written by experts, organized into chapters, with worked exercises and screenshots. Perfect for going deep on a topic at your own pace.
Teaching videos that range from short clips to multi-hour masterclasses, with on-screen demos and expert commentary.
Interactive simulations to work in SAP with no risk. Every click is guided, every screen explained. Ideal for practicing before a project.
Guided paths that connect books, videos and simulations in a deliberate teaching order. You always know what to do next.
As soon as you log in, everything is on one screen. Search by topic, AI chatbot, recent activity, paths in progress, personalized recommendations.
Each learning plan strings together books, videos and simulations in a deliberate progression. You always know what the next step is, and why it sits where it does.
4 structured steps About 5 hrs of content Beginner to advanced
A first step to get familiar with the HANA database and the S/4 system. An overview for those just starting out with this technology.
A deeper look at Cloud ALM, now central to the implementation and monitoring of SAP S/4HANA projects.
The fundamentals of access and identity management in a modern SAP environment. Essential before any go-live.
A 50-question exam, 80% pass mark required. The certificate formally confirms you've mastered the path.
Books, videos, simulations. In French and English, from beginner to expert level. Every resource is tagged by language, level and length, so you can choose at a glance.
Ask any functional or technical question. Espressi produces a structured answer, cites the transactions, suggests follow-up questions, and points you straight to the catalog resources that go deeper on the topic.
To close a monthly period in SAP FI, you typically use transaction OB52 for the posting period variant assigned to the company code. A closed period no longer accepts new postings, control is handled by period variant at company code level, and it can be differentiated by account type (+ A D K M S) as well as by authorization groups, so you can keep an older period open for certain key users if needed. In a Fiori environment, you go through the Manage Posting Periods app.
Tip: if you'd like, I can then give you the step-by-step procedure in OB52, or the Fiori version, depending on your system.
Each Expert Training Center certificate confirms your progress in a specific area. Useful for strengthening a resume, a LinkedIn profile or an interview. Included in the Gold plan.

Key User training has provided excellent SAP training materials for the Espresso Tutorials SAP Learning Platform. The content is well thought out and expertly presented. The team is very competent and responsive.
As someone reconverting to become an SAP consultant, I needed structured content covering modules like FICO and S/4HANA. Key User Training delivers exactly that : real business scenarios, configuration walkthroughs, and a path that makes sense for juniors.
Five courses already with Key User Training: WM, EWM, ABAP, Fiori, S/4HANA. The real plus is the team's responsiveness and the quality of the materials. When you ask for something, you get a real answer, not a copy-paste.
Theory and practice are well balanced. The training materials are good quality, from the YouTube videos to the in-depth modules on S/4HANA and LTMOM. You come away with practical instincts, not just concepts.
The courses take you by the hand from start to finish. Structured, progressive, alternating theory and practice. For someone who has to learn on their own alongside a job, it's exactly the format you need.
The trainers have a strong command of the SAP ABAP module. The explanations are clear, the examples well chosen, and you understand the logic of the language instead of just copying bits of code.
