A micro-learning is a short course (from a few hours to a few dozen hours) that gives you one specific SAP skill, ready to use. A long-form program like Beyond the Horizon runs for 6 months and turns you into a SAP consultant from the ground up. Both have their place: you take a micro-learning when you know exactly what you want to learn. You take a long-form program when you're aiming for a complete career change.

More than 50,000 learners have followed our content in French and English. On the Key User Training side, we resell the Expert Training Center subscription with an added layer of personal support.

No, we don't issue official SAP certification. We teach you to be job-ready, which isn't the same thing as holding a piece of paper. If you want the official SAP certification, you have to go through SAP Education centers after the course. Our micro-learnings give you the foundation to go after it, not the certification itself.

Key User Training is an independent Luxembourg training provider. We are not accredited by any public funding scheme, and our courses are sold directly, payable by card or bank transfer. If you're looking for funding, send your funding body our quote and ask whether your scheme covers a course bought directly from an independent provider. We don't handle that process for you.

You get lifetime access. Once purchased, the course stays in your account with no time limit. You can come back to it 1 month, 1 year, or 5 years later. Content updates (new SAP modules, S/4HANA upgrades, and so on) are included at no extra cost.

If you clicked 'Notify me' on a teaser page, you get an email on release day with the purchase link. The first people on the waitlist sometimes get an early-bird price. The estimated release date is just a guide: we'd rather ship a little later with a polished course than hit a deadline with rushed content.

For now, our catalog is in French. On the Espresso Tutorials side, several of our courses are available in English (the Expert Training Center platform is multilingual). An English version of the Key User Training site is in preparation, so check back in a few months.

Yes. The SAP videos and exercises display correctly on mobile and tablet. That said, for modules that require working in SAP at the same time (click-by-click, screenshots, customizing), a computer screen is more comfortable. For passive review, mobile and tablet are enough.
