We teach what we do. On assignment in the morning, in training in the afternoon. That's what keeps every course current.
Whether it's a question about a learning path, a company project, or simply hesitation between two courses, tell us where you stand. We'll get back to you quickly, in French or English, and we never push you toward something that isn't right for you.
A few questions so we understand your context and point you to the right coach. No call center, no bot. A real person reads every message and writes a personalized reply.

Key User Training is a private limited company under Luxembourg law, based in Luxembourg City. The teaching team works remotely from Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Switzerland, and Quebec, which lets us reply quickly and cover different time zones.
For billing, administrative questions, or postal mail, here are the official details. For anything about the training itself, the form is still the fastest channel.
Six answers that cover 80% of the questions we get on this page.
We reply to most messages within 24 business hours. For requests sent Friday evening or over the weekend, expect Monday morning. If your need is urgent (pre-sales, a mission starting soon), say so in your message and we handle those first.
Yes. Most questions get answered in five lines by email, so we always start in writing. If your situation calls for a conversation (choosing between two paths, a company project, SAP career advice), we'll offer you a call slot after the first written exchange.
Yes, on the SAP modules within our scope (EWM, Supply Chain, S/4HANA, BTP, Build, PP, EAM, MES). Describe the project context, the module, the profiles to train, and the format you want (on-site, remote, hybrid). We come back with a scoped proposal and a quote.
Yes. Our main learning paths are in French, but some of the content and the support are available in English. State your working language in your message and we'll tailor the answer accordingly.
No, not on the learning side. The paths are 100% online and open to any French- or English-speaking country. On the administrative side, VAT and billing terms adapt to your status (individual, EU company, non-EU company). We spell that out case by case in the proposal.
XiaoXiao Liu reads the form messages first and points them to the right coach. Questions on the long learning paths and Supply Chain go to Michael Antoine. Industrial topics (PP, EAM, MES) go to Pierre Balbinot. Requests in English, German, or Mandarin stay with XiaoXiao.
A vague question beats a question you keep to yourself. If you're still reading this page, there's something on your mind. Ask us, we'll handle the rest.
