This program is demanding. It isn't for everyone.

Before you go further, check that it's right for you.

We'd rather have you walk away now than disappoint you three months in. Read both columns honestly before you click any further.

This program is for you if...

  • You have a professional background (technical, operational, business) and you're looking to move into SAP consulting.
  • You've watched SAP videos on YouTube for months without ever feeling like you were making progress, and it bugs you.
  • You're comfortable with a computer and your Excel level is intermediate or above.
  • Your English is working-level (SAP and its documentation are largely in English).
  • You can put at least 10 hours a week into your training, over 3 to 6 months.
  • You enjoy solving problems and working in multicultural environments.

This program isn't for you if...

  • Your written English doesn't let you read technical documentation.
  • You're looking for a two-week crash course with a guaranteed-job promise.
  • You expect to be walked through every single click: here we ask the questions and point the way, but you're the one who does it.
  • Information systems and how a business is run don't fundamentally interest you.
  • You'd rather learn on your own, never interacting with a community or a mentor.
  • You're not ready to put time and energy into your career change.
What you'll be able to do by the end

Six concrete skills, not a deck of slides.

You don't measure a program by how many videos someone watched, but by what the learner can do when it's over. Here are the six skills you'll walk away with.

01

Navigate SAP S/4HANA and Fiori

Know the SAP architecture, use the GUI and Fiori interfaces, find a transaction, and analyze a configuration.

02

Understand business processes end-to-end

Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, master data management, organizational structure, and following a full business flow through SAP.

03

Write a functional spec

Gather a user requirement, turn it into a usable specification, build a test plan, and validate the delivery.

04

Read and debug ABAP

Language basics, reading an existing program, using the debugger, and running simple SQL queries against SAP tables.

05

Manage authorizations and transports

Single and composite roles, the Fiori model, monitoring through SUIM, and managing transports with SE01-SE10 and STMS.

06

Hold your own on a project

Establish yourself as a junior consultant in front of the client, ask the right questions, produce documentation, and train key users.

How the program unfolds

Four phases, from "what even is SAP" to your first interview.

The program runs in four learning phases that build on one another. Depending on your pace and availability, count on 3 to 6 months to complete it all.

Phase 1 · Month 1

Foundations

We lay the groundwork. What an ERP is, why SAP dominates the market, what a consultant actually does day to day. We clear up everything that's holding you back today before getting into the thick of it.

Modules: 1 to 5
Volume: ~50 hrs
Milestone: your first successful SAP login
Phase 2 · Months 2-3

Functional core

The densest stretch. You work through the business processes end-to-end, get comfortable with Fiori, grasp the difference between a key user and a consultant, and dig into master data and business flows.

Modules: 6 to 19
Volume: ~160 hrs
Milestone: your first end-to-end simulated P2P process
Phase 3 · Month 4

Technical skill and mindset

Now we get to what separates a consultant from a power user. ABAP and SQL basics, SAP project management, soft skills, handling pressure and working independently. Knowing how to hold up in front of a demanding client.

Modules: 20 to 25
Volume: ~120 hrs
Milestone: your first ABAP debug solved on your own
Phase 4 · Months 5-6

Landing the job

The home stretch. We rework your resume, optimize your LinkedIn profile, run mock technical interviews, prep you for the SAP C_IEE2E certification, and connect you to the community of alumni and recruiters.

Modules: 26, 27, 28
Volume: ~70 hrs
Milestone: Key User Training certificate + resume sent + first interview done

I was completely lost before I found this training. Honestly, I knew nothing about the SAP world, but this program really took me by the hand. Every module is clear, well explained, and above all you're dropped straight into concrete situations that prepare you for real-world work. Today I feel ready to start my career as an SAP consultant, and that's largely thanks to this training. If you're still on the fence, go for it, it's truly worth it !

I'll say it right away: Key User Training is the go-to platform for learning SAP. I tried courses on Udemy, explored the SAP Learning modules, and something was always missing to actually become a junior consultant. Key User Training filled that gap exactly. The simulation scenarios and the module configurations built on virtual companies are what truly set them apart. Since late June, from the SAP consultant role all the way to my current work on FICO, every module is incredibly detailed. Every euro spent is fully justified. The learning pace is entirely self-directed, and the trainers answer my questions almost immediately.

Let me start by thanking the Key User Training team for creating this course. I finished it in January 2025 and it was the best SAP training experience I've had. I was already working as an SAP user, and I took this course to refresh my knowledge. The interactive side is the best part, it feels like you're right inside SAP. It's dynamic, built on a business case, which helps you understand and think in those terms. I'll always recommend this course.

FAQ

Your questions, our answers.

The twelve questions we get asked most often. If yours isn't here, write to us or grab 30 minutes with Michael.

I'm starting with zero SAP knowledge. Is this for me ?

Yes, the program is built to start from scratch. The first three modules lay the foundations (ERP, SAP, the consultant's role) before getting into the thick of it. What we expect from you is some kind of professional background (technical, operational, business) and genuine curiosity.

How is this different from YouTube or a Udemy course ?

YouTube and Udemy are an ocean of tutorials in no particular order. Here, you get 28 modules in the real sequence of an SAP project, one coherent running project, every document downloadable (functional spec, rollout, test plan), and a mentor who answers your questions. It's the difference between watching soccer highlights and having a coach.

What really sets Key User Training apart from other SAP training ?

Three things. One : more than 100 simulations on real business cases, not academic exercises. Two : more than 30 document templates and more than 25 downloadable hands-on labs (functional spec, rollout, test plan, test matrix). Three : a running project that threads through the whole program, so you see how the pieces connect instead of meeting them in isolation.

How many hours a week does it take ?

At least 10 hours a week to keep a comfortable pace over 6 months. 30 to 40 hours if you go full-time, which shortens the program to 3 months. See the typical week section above.

Can I do it alongside a full-time job ?

Yes, that's the most common case. The 10 to 15 hours a week fit into evenings and weekends. All the content is available 24/7, you move at your own pace, and you keep lifetime access even after the program ends.

I'm not fluent in English. Is that a dealbreaker ?

The program is taught in French. But SAP, its official documentation, and most projects run in English. If you can't read technical English, you'll hit a glass ceiling on your very first project. Expected level : you can follow a technical article and take part in a meeting in English.

Can I pay in installments ?

Yes, you can pay in 4 interest-free installments via PayPal for the Basic and Premium tiers. You can also pay by bank transfer, by card, or request an invoice to spread the cost. For the Excellence tier, we work out the terms when you get in touch.

Do I need access to an SAP system ?

No, everything is provided. In the Basic and Premium tiers, you practice in a guided simulation environment that faithfully reproduces SAP, which is the most effective way to get started. The Excellence tier includes access to a real SAP S/4HANA system arranged with our partner (set up on request, which is why we reach out to you). Nothing to install, nothing extra to pay.

Is there a guarantee if the program isn't right for me ?

Yes, satisfied or refunded within 14 days, no conditions. You have fourteen (14) days after your purchase to try the program; if you feel it isn't right for you, we refund 100 % of the price, no questions asked. The exact timing and terms are spelled out in our Terms and Conditions.

Does the program prepare me for an official SAP certification ?

Yes, the program covers the scope of the SAP Business Process Associate certification (code C_IEE2E, see the official details on sap.com). At the end, you receive a Key User Training certificate confirming the program, which you can put on your resume and LinkedIn, and you can sit the official SAP certification on your own (paid exam directly with SAP).

How long do the mentors take to respond ?

On weekdays, count on 24 hours maximum. Usually the reply comes within half a day. On weekends, we answer Monday morning. Conversations happen on the platform (chat, forum), not by email. With Premium, you also get 1-on-1 consultations you can schedule with your coach.

Can the training be covered by public funding or my employer ?

Key User Training is a Luxembourg-based organization, so it isn't eligible for national public training schemes. Payment is made directly (4 interest-free installments via PayPal on Basic and Premium) or through employer funding on invoice. For learners in Belgium, French-speaking Switzerland, or Quebec, we look at local funding options case by case when you get in touch.
